Check-In / Early Check-In Policy: - Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM *Early check-in may be available based on scheduling and cleaning completion. Early check-in fees apply and must be approved in advance.* - No fires including BBQ grills - No fireworks - No Pets, if violated there is a $350 fee per pet - No electrical fitness equipment (bikes, treadmills etc.) - No guests of guests. - No third party bookings, the person on the reservation must be present. - No Smoking/Vaping in the home. Cigarette butts must be discarded properly. An additional cleaning fee of $275 will be assessed for smoking inside the home. $75 for leaving butts on the ground at the property. - No Parking on side of road - Absolutely no parking at any of the neighbors home at anytime. - Guest are welcome to use the kitchen be sure to cleanup after yourself, wash all dishes used and leave on counter please. - Absolutely no loud music. - Absolutely no parties. - Do not disconnect Internet. - We ask that you treat the home with respect. - Please Do Not Remove Any Décor Or Any Other Materials That Are Located Inside/Outside Or You Will Incur a Fine. - No re-arranging of large furniture pieces (without consent of host). - No entry to outdoor storage building. - No opening of windows due to climate is automatically controlled. Temporarily allowed in case of emergency or power loss or climate control unit failure. - Be respectful of Neighbors at all times - No entering the Neighbors property at anytime - Please report any damages done during your stay - Additional fee for late checkout Personal Grill Policy - Guests are permitted to bring and use their own personal grill during their stay. For safety and liability purposes: - Grilling is only allowed outdoors in a safe, designated area away from the house, vehicles, and landscaping. - Guests are fully responsible for the setup, operation, and cleanup of their grill. - The host is not responsible for providing fuel, equipment, or maintenance. - Guests assume all liability for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by use of their grill. - Any damage to the property, furnishings, or grounds resulting from grill use will be the sole responsibility of the guest and may result in additional charges. **By bringing and using your own grill, you agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for safe operation.**
